This hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was functional rather than comfortable or luxurious. It was spotlessly clean but was on the small side and did not have any tea or coffee making facilities, neither did it have a safe or room service. Oddly we were given an accessible room which understandably meant there was no high hangers on which to hang longer clothing. Strange as we did not request such a room and not only did it deprive someone else of the chance of it should they need it, it was a strange choice to give to youngish and fit people. Also, the bathroom was a wet room so the water went everywhere and you had to wade through it to use the toilet!? Breakfast was advised to be until 10am but when we came down at 9.30 one morning there was very little left - no bread for one - and was not being replenished. One the first morning we had a good breakfast.

This is probably the best city hotel I have ever stayed in, not just in Béziers, but everywhere I’ve travelled, and I travel a lot! Right in the heart of Béziers, on the central square, at a walking distance from all historical monuments, restaurants and shops. Community underground parking is 50 m away, just beneath the square. The room and bathroom are so well and guest-friendly planned that everything is more than comfortable and convenient! The staff is ultimately polite, the breakfast is excellent there is merely nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who values his comfort and pleasure!

Exceptional location with seating just outside the hotel, so we were able to view the nearby park and fountain which lit up every evening. The staff were fantastic: nothing was a problem, including providing us with extra water free of charge and even complimentary glasses of champagne for our wedding anniversary! The room was great- a little small and I wish I’d booked a room with a balcony as they were lovely- and exceptionally clean. A wonderful gem in a perfect location to access everything, including the gorgeous restaurant next door, Pica Pica and the adjoining ice cream parlour!

Lovely hotel, right by the Fontaine Musicale de Beziers. Rooms are large and modern, large shower room (we had room 1 overlooking the square/fountain). Only 12 rooms in total. Breakfast was good, however as other have said things weren't replaced quickly enough and you had to ask when things had run out but to be fair, the staff were doing everything! Staff worked really hard and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Underground paid parking very close by. Great air con.

Large, light room on the first floor with view onto the Place with all its buzz, lovely planting and fountains. Simple yet stunning room with separate toilet and en suite. Beautiful wooden floor, well-designed fittings and furniture and all in excellent condition. Dining room on ground floor was attractive and comfortable. Good breakfasts with fresh fruit which you could take to tables outside. A perfect location, easy to find and welcoming, professional and helpful staff.
